# Steps:

- Slice each mini bagel horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter in the formation of five interlocking Olympic rings.
- Combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Separate the cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls. Add one specific topping per bowl: black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring. Mix each thoroughly.
- Spread each colored cream cheese mixture generously over two bagel halves, matching them to the respective Olympic ring colors.
- Position the decorated bagel halves on the platter to form the Olympic rings, slightly overlapping where necessary to mimic the ring interlocking effect.
- Top each ring with a fresh basil leaf and optionally sprinkle edible gold dust or sesame seeds to simulate medals. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
