01 - 8 oz farfalle or penne pasta

03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

10 - 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
11 - 1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions until just al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to halt cooking.
03 - Pat pasta dry using a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
04 - In a large bowl, toss pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
05 - Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
07 - Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and optional parsley and roasted red pepper garnish. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
