# What You Need:
→ Bread & Dairy
01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Meats
04 - 4 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
→ Vegetables & Condiments
05 - 1/2 cup kimchi, drained and roughly chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
# Steps:
01 - Place bread slices on a work surface. If desired, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice.
02 - On two bread slices, layer cheddar cheese, sliced turkey, chopped kimchi, and another slice of cheddar. Top each with remaining bread slices.
03 - Evenly spread softened butter on the exterior sides of each sandwich.
04 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
05 - Cook sandwiches in the skillet for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese has melted.
06 - Remove sandwiches from heat. Let rest for one minute, then slice and serve warm.
