# Steps:
01 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, molasses, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Create a well in the dry ingredients, pour in wet mixture, and fold gently with a wooden spoon or spatula until just combined, leaving some lumps.
04 - Heat a heavy-based pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat; lightly grease with butter. Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
05 - Cook pancakes 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles appear and edges set.
06 - Flip pancakes and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
07 - Continue with remaining batter, adding butter as needed. Stack and serve warm, garnished with butter and maple syrup.
