# Steps:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, stir together shredded coconut, coconut butter, coconut oil, powdered erythritol, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until a uniform dough forms.
02 - Refrigerate the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes to slightly firm the dough.
03 - Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll each portion into a 1-inch diameter ball.
04 - Roll each ball in the reserved shredded coconut until evenly coated.
