01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
→ Fruit
03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried
→ Optional Garnish
04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving
# Steps:
01 - Cut mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into uniform 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash seedless red grapes thoroughly and dry completely.
03 - Using small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks, thread a cube of cheddar, followed by a grape, then a cube of gouda, and another grape. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with either cheese or grape as preferred.
04 - Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
