- Cheese: 150 g mild cheddar cheese, cut into 1.5 cm cubes 150 g gouda cheese, cut into 1.5 cm cubes
- Fruit: 200 g seedless red grapes, washed and dried
- Optional Garnish: Fresh mint leaves (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the cheeses:
- Cut them into evenly sized cubes.
- Wash the grapes:
- Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes.
- Prepare skewers:
- Take small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks.
- Assemble skewers:
- Thread a cube of cheddar, followed by a grape, then a cube of gouda, and another grape onto each skewer Repea until all ingredients are used, ending with either cheese or grape as desired.
- Serve:
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
