# Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking apart with a spoon, for 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Stir in sloppy joe sauce and thawed mixed vegetables. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
04 - Spread cubed bread evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour beef mixture over bread, spreading uniformly.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef layer.
