# What You Need:
→ Mango Layer
01 - 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)
02 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
04 - 2 to 3 tablespoons water, as needed
→ Passion Fruit Layer
05 - 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (approximately 3 to 4 passion fruits)
06 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
07 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
→ Orange Juice Layer
08 - 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
09 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
# Steps:
01 - Clean and set aside three blending containers or rinse the blender between uses.
02 - Combine mango, Greek yogurt, honey, and water in the blender and process until smooth and thick. Pour evenly into the bottom of two clear glasses.
03 - Blend passion fruit pulp with Greek yogurt and honey until creamy. Carefully spoon or pour this mixture over the mango layer to create a distinct separation.
04 - Blend freshly squeezed orange juice with Greek yogurt and honey until smooth. Gently layer this on top of the passion fruit mixture.
05 - Tilt the glass slightly and slowly pour each layer using the back of a spoon to prevent extensive mixing, achieving a clear ombré presentation.
