# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes, then shred with two forks. Toss shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and set aside.
04 - Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
