06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if desired. Set aside.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm beneath a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the salad mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly burrito-style. Use a toothpick to secure if necessary.
